with GOOGLE and now they are resolved so I decided to Head Back on blog..SO

Here I come with the instructions to Add Cheats on GTA Vice city on Android
No Root Needed
1)Download GameKeyboard From Here
2)Now Run the Keyboard And Close It by pressing Home Button
3)Open Game and Choose Game Keyboard From Recent Apps
4)In Gamekeyboard Press last option(Exit and open Keyboard)
5)Now A keyboard Will Popup on screen ,Put Cheats and enjoy
